Support our Mission

Donations are always welcomed, and needed, but they aren't the only way to support Sarana!
Join our Volunteer Crew
Join our great team of volunteers and help us sustain and grow the “quiet revolution” of affordable, community-based acupuncture. Receiving free acupuncture is part of your volunteering experience! Please note: you do need to be an established clinic patient to volunteer. If you've never been to Sarana for acupuncture, click here to check out our New Patient information page.

If you're interested in volunteering, read on for a quick note about our current needs. When you're ready, you can click here to complete (and submit!) a volunteer application and we'll reach out to you to discuss how we might incorporate you into our team.

Cleaning & Laundry
We need a weekly volunteer housekeeper to help keep the clinic sparkling and tidy.

We also have a need for laundry volunteers! The laundry commitment is generally about once per month, for about 2-3 hours each time (using the laundromat in the same shopping plaza as Sarana).

Front Desk
We are currently not looking for front desk of volunteers.

Spread the Word!
Your referrals help us grow and serve more folks. Please help us spread the word by sharing your positive experience of community acupuncture.
-
Visit, Like, and Share our social media pages and leave feedback on our Yelp or Google+ pages (links are listed below.)
-
Pick up some “friend cards” at the front desk next time you visit us and give them to your friends, so they can discover the benefits of acupuncture! A friend card waives the $10 initial paperwork fee.
Help Us Make Connections
If you work or volunteer for a local community-based organization that may be interested in hosting a free presentation about the benefits of acupuncture, please let us know.

We are also happy to donate gift certificates for free acupuncture to local raffles and fundraisers. Please contact us if you have one coming up!
If you have any media contacts who you think might be interested in writing an article or doing a radio interview about accessible affordable healthcare, please help us connect with them.
Thanks for your support!
