Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations
IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL AND SUSPECT YOU MIGHT BE CONTAGIOUS,
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

To sustain our low-cost clinic, we depend on having a busy schedule and giving a high volume of acupuncture treatments.
Please give us at minimum 12-hours’ notice for changes and cancellations. We prefer 24-hrs notice, if possible.

If you are able, please consider donating 50% or more of your normal fee if you missed an appointment due to a non-emergency.
The donation can be made at your next clinic visit or through our donation page. If you have prepaid sessions, you can also ask us to mark off one of your prepaid treatments on file to cover your missed appointment.
